Delivery in Switzerland:

Attention: Due to COVID-19, we have been informed by La Poste that there may be delays in the delivery of some orders.
Delivery Outside of Switzerland:
The delivery time depends on the destination country. For Mainland France, Andorra and Monaco, it takes between 5 and 7 working days, and for all the other countries, between 1 and 2 weeks.
Attention: Given the current situation related to COVID-19, we are currently encountering delivery difficulties with some of our partner carriers. Thus, it is possible that your packages may be delivered with a slight delay.

Please note that deliveries outside of Switzerland are subject to possible taxes and customs duties applied by the country in which the delivery is made. They are at your expense.
Payment by Credit Card:
To pay for your order, you can use the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When finalizing the order process, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, the credit card’s expiration date and the last 3 digits of the visual cryptogram on the back of the card. The amount is debited immediately upon confirmation of the order.
If it appears that the product you ordered is out of stock, we will credit your card as soon as possible.
Please note that all credit card payments are processed through a secure server. The information entered does not circulate "unencrypted" on the Internet: it is encrypted during all exchanges by the SSL protocol, which also automatically checks the validity of access rights when you pay by credit card. We thus guarantee the total confidentiality of your banking information and assure you that we never know and never keep information concerning your credit card. Payment by Bank Transfer (Only for Switzerland):
If you do not wish to use credit card payment, you can send us your payment by e-banking. To do so, simply use the bank details below and pay for your order as soon as possible. We will proceed with shipping as soon as we receive your payment.

You also have the possibility to pay your purchases directly in the store when you pick up your order.
To do this, when you finalize your order, select the "In-store pick-up" in the shipping method, then select "Pay by Cash on Delivery" in the payment method.

For any returns, a request must be sent by email to email@example.com containing the following information:
- The order reference;
- The reason for return;
- Your postal address;
- Your phone number.
No return will be accepted without prior written request. In case of a defective product or an error from Cowboy Kurt when processing the order, the return shipping costs related to the product will be covered by Cowboy Kurt. The returned product will be then refunded to the customer within 7 working days.
If a product is not suitable (sizes, colours...) and the customer wants to return it, the return shipping costs will be at his expense. Please note the product can then only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color (if available), or for a product with corresponding price.
If the product is eligible for a refund or exchange, the customer must return the product in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

All returns from abroad, if accepted by Cowboy Kurt, must be clearly marked on the package as follows: "Returning products for exchange or refund". If not, any import costs will be at the customer’s expense.

In order to guarantee optimal comfort, some models of boots offer several widths, which will allow a better fit. However, the width of the boots may vary slightly depending on the brand and the leather used.
We only have standard width. However, each boot is unique because it is handmade. As a result, there may be a slight difference in width between the boots.

In order to measure a belt should be taken from the beginning of the belt to the centre hole, as shown below.
Compare your measurements to those shown in the table below.
Measure my Head Circumference:
- Measure your head circumference about 1 cm above the eyebrows and ears using a tape measure, or if not available, a string that you measure afterwards;
- Be careful not to tighten it too much, as the hat may tighten just as much;
- If the result falls between two sizes, we advise you to choose the larger one for better comfort. It will also be possible, if necessary, to use a hat reducer tape under the inner band of the hat, which will allow you to adjust the size of the hat.
In order to choose the right size for your gloves, measure your hand size with a tape measure.
Then, refer to the table below. Please note that sizes may vary depending on the leather. Moreover, if you choose a pair of lined gloves, we advise you to take one size up.
