Upon confirmation of an order, Cowboy Kurt undertakes to dispatch all references ordered by the buyer as soon as possible. All parcels are sent by La Poste Suisse, or La Poste France for parcels outside of Switzerland. Deliveries are made within the time and at the time scheduled by the carrier. The customer who wishes to have products delivered to several different addresses must place as many orders as desired delivery locations.
Attention: Given the current situation related to COVID-19, we are currently encountering delivery difficulties with some of our partner carriers. Thus, it is possible that your packages may be delivered with a slight delay.
Delivery in Switzerland:
Shipping costs vary according to the size and the weight of the package. When you are ready to proceed to checkout and complete your order, the rate will be displayed. Please note that shipping is free for orders of CHF 100.- or more.
Delivery outside of Switzerland:
Shipping costs vary according to the size and the weight of the package as well as the country of destination. When you are ready to proceed to checkout and complete your order, the rate will be displayed. Shipping is not free for deliveries outside of Switzerland, even for orders of CHF 100.- or more.
The delivery time depends on the country of destination. For Mainland France, Andorra and Monaco, it takes between 5 and 7 working days, and for all the other countries, between 1 and 2 weeks.
Please note that deliveries outside of Switzerland are subject to possible taxes and customs duties applied by the country in which the delivery is made. They are at the customer’s expense.
Pick up in Store
During the ordering process, the customer can also choose to pick up his order free of charge directly in store (Cowboy Kurt, Rue de Fribourg 8, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland). Cowboy Kurt will contact the customer to let him know when his order is ready.
The customer can also select the payment in store. If so, his order will be put aside for 7 days from its validation.
Receipt of Products
When receiving his order, the customer is responsible for verifying that the products delivered to him correspond to what he ordered and that they are intended for the use he intends to make of them. In the absence of any complaint within 7 days of delivery (the carrier's delivery slip serving as proof of date of delivery), the products are considered to be accepted by the customer.
For any returns, a request must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org which includes: the order reference, the reason for return, the postal address and telephone number of the customer. No return will be accepted without prior written request. In case of a defective product or an error from Cowboy Kurt when processing the order, the return shipping costs related to the product will be covered by Cowboy Kurt.
If a product is not suitable (sizes, colours...) and the customer wants to return it, the return shipping costs will be at his expense. Please note the product can then only be exchanged for the same product in a different size or color (if available), or for a product with corresponding price.
If the product is eligible for a refund or exchange, the customer must return the product in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

Note that discounted products cannot be returned.
All returns from abroad, if accepted by Cowboy Kurt, must be clearly marked on the package as follows: "Returning products for exchange or refund". If not, any import costs will be at the customer’s expense.
The returned product will be then refunded to the customer within 7 working days.
